Therapies

The form of therapy we choose together, will depend upon your needs. Following an assessment, which takes anywhere from 1-3 sessions, we’ll define the best way forward. All consultations can take place either in person or virtually.

Here below you will find a brief description of the available therapies I specialise in. 


Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a short term, collaborative, goal directed, evidence based therapy. It is known for its effectiveness in treating a diverse range of problems, including low mood, stress and anxiety.


Supportive Counselling

Different issues that may be addressed by supportive counselling are: transitions (relocation, separation, divorce), grief & loss (bereavement, loss of health, burnout, job) and the impact of addictions on family members.


Coaching

In coaching, clients are supported to become who they want to be and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. I offer individual coaching sessions to adults.
